The commercial construction services project was professionally executed from start to finish. The design was very comprehensive and contained detail I had not seen in general contractor services done for us by other contractors in other states.  The site work was done in a timely and efficient manner even though the soil was not well suited to our purposes. The concrete slabs are absolutely the most level of any of our more than 30 similar shelters. The feat is even more remarkable considering the slabs were poured in the middle of winter. The erection of the two- pre engineered steel shelters was beautifully done. The workmanship of the erectors completes the structures. All of this work was accomplished on time and within budget in the face of several unexpected problems such as redirecting of previously installed water line, and in spite of the less than helpful bureaucracy of the Fort Carson department of public works and the office of the fire marshal.
