This is a high end medical office facility that integrates modern design and functionality. This facility promotes an open ceiling concept and yet still provides privacy through the integration of modern technology.
This project was designed for a concrete jacking company and their needs with 10% office space and 90% warehouse space. The building sits on “0” lot line. The onsite storm water filtration system comply’s with the new MS4 Permit requirements and the exterior xeriscaping was added for a beautiful and economical exterior appearance.
The Hallgren Company supply, install, manufacturer doors, frames, hardware, and toilet accessories. This is a brand new 12,000 square ft. office/warehouse building located in the Claremont Business Park. It features 2,700 sq. ft. office and 9,300 sq. ft. of warehouse space. This project was completed in just three and a half months!
Hammers Construction is pleased to recognize another quality design build project that we will complete January 2018. This newly constructed facility will be the new state of the art Animal Hospital for National Mill Dog rescue located in Peyton, Colorado. This new facility will treat new rescues with its new surgery suite and dental suite as well as a training/recovery common area to help the rescue dogs recover to full health. Hammers Construction is proud to be a partner in this endeavor with National Mill Dog who is committed to saving commercial breeding dogs from puppy mills.
Twins liquor is a new 10,800 square foot Liquor retail store and the main anchor tenant of the 18,200 square foot Briargate Crossing Retail Center that we completed in the Spring of 2017.
This is an eco-friendly maintenance facility for large construction equipment. It recycles “used” oil to operate the machinery and power the building.
It has three large, 15 ton cranes and a full fire suppression system. The fire suppression system has a water tank that holds up to 500,000 gallons of water.
Red’s Auto and Truck is a auto body repair shop and showroom that includes 4,100 square foot of shop space and 5,900 square foot of showroom, offices, break room and storage room with auto sale and detailing facility.
Hamlin’s Auto Body features a 12,880 Sq. Ft. shop consisting of four paint booths and a large open warehouse for auto body repairs. In addition, Hamlin’s Auto Body has 1,200 Sq. Ft. of office space with four private offices, a reception area, front lobby and kitchenette.
This project was financed and designed by Hammers Construction, Inc. This ground up, metal building was completed in just four months. The tenant, Complete Window Care, was able to select their own finishes and revise the tenant build out to suit their needs. This project was built on time and on budget.
Hand and Stone is an upscale tenant finish space for a new message therapy and facial spa. It has a finish floor space of 2800 square foot and we had to work very closely with our client to coordinate the installation of the contractor supplied finishes such as floor coverings, millwork cabinetry, wall finishes and decorative lighting. Since this is also a national chain the Owner had a lot of corporate furnished items such as display cases, furniture, signage and equipment that we had to coordinate the installation of backing requirements, power supply locations and delivery schedules in order to meet the construction schedule and opening date.
This was a new office/warehouse for a sprinkler parts retailer and installer that has been in business for 34 years. They made the leap from leasing a space to owning a building that is much better suited to their needs. The building encompasses approx. 3,000 sf of offices, 3750 sf of warehouse and 440 sf of retail. It is constructed with insulated metal panels that have a simulated stucco finish. These panels gave the look that the city required and kept construction costs down.
Complete Care is a 24-hour emergency facility located in Pueblo, CO. The medical facility is equipped to manage all varieties of emergent services for all ages. Complete Care features a state-of-the-art medical center with a CT-Scan and X-ray room, as well as full electric automation system in case of a power outage. The facility is staffed by the very best team of medical providers.
Hammers Construction was proud to build a second state of the art fire station for the Falcon Fire Protection District. This is a full time fire station, with fire fighters at this facility 100% of the time. From start to finish, this project was completed in 6 months. Some of the building systems and features include a plymovent exhaust system in the Apparatus bay, security camera systems, smoke and CO alarms, backup generator, fire protection systems and IT systems.
Automotive sales and showroom building. Custom designed two story building. Includes custom metallic facade, stucco and split faced block design. Building has a 1,000 sq. ft. covered outside car display area. Some of the architectural elements include exterior aluminum sun shades, exterior goose-neck and LED lighting and custom exterior metal work on south wall elevation and display area columns.
Falcon Dental is a new wood framed commercial dental office that was designed with a residential “country” theme. We achieved this with a barn style look that includes lighted cupola’s, board and batten siding, wood shutters and show it all off with decorative accent lighting. The interior also radiates in the same theme that includes sliding barn doors, barn siding, plank flooring, timber beam accents and a cozy brick fireplace.
This is a 48,000 Sq. Ft. new Comfort Inn & Suites prototype design located in Watford City, ND. This remarkable building was finished in just 11 short months. It is a four story hotel with modern/contemporary finishes and 95 total rooms.
Tender Care Veterinary Center is a 4,150 square foot full service veterinary clinic. The structure is wood framed perimeter with pre-engineered roof trusses and the interior walls are framed with light gauge metal studs and a drywall finish with a finish ceiling height of 9’-0”. The facility is unique because of the full service that this facility has such as surgery suite including x-ray services, dental suite, isolation and kennel rooms for recovery, many client exam rooms for patient privacy, full service grooming facility as well as a crematory facility on the premises for clients that want to work directly with their vet for simple and easy cremation arrangements. This project has all the amenities and finishes that a state of art veterinary facility needs.
This project was a new operations center for a local mechanical contractor in Colorado Springs, CO. It is a pre-engineered metal building with metal roofing. The building exterior features metal paneling with stone accents. This facility is also fully fenced and gated with a storage yard.
The Whistling Pines Gun Club West is the sister property of the east location here in Colorado Springs, CO. This state of the art shooting facility has so much to offer: 5 (100 yard) lanes on the rifle range, 14 (25 yard) lanes on the pistol range, training facilities and two stories of retail.
Whistling Pines is a start up gun club with membership only customers. This is a pre-engineered metal building with precast concrete walls on the building exterior. This is a partial 2 story building with offices upstairs. The Club features twelve 25-yard shooting lanes, a 20-yard tactical range, training rooms, retail gun shop and a gun smith.
