Falcon Dental is a new wood framed commercial dental office that was designed with a residential “country” theme. We achieved this with a barn style look that includes lighted cupola’s, board and batten siding, wood shutters and show it all off with decorative accent lighting. The interior also radiates in the same theme that includes sliding barn doors, barn siding, plank flooring, timber beam accents and a cozy brick fireplace.
This building is a slab on grad wood framed structure and has a stucco exterior and asphalt shingled roof with two timber framed covered entries. Inside features includes a surgery suite, dental suite, grooming suits, dog kennels and a crematory. Specialty items include lighting, x-ray and oxygen systems.
This is a wood frame structure with a stucco exterior and metal roofing. This building was built to accommodate two tenants and has two separate covered entryways with stone accenting. This lot is paved and fully landscaped.
This building has a wood frame structure with clay tile roofing. The exterior has stucco with a decorative stone veneer. The inside of the building features 6 patient rooms, custom cabinets and a waiting area with a full kitchen. The lot is paved and fully landscaped with grass, shrubs and trees.
This is a pre-engineered metal building with metal roofing. This building was designed for three tenant spaces; TTM Holdings consisting of 10,000 square feet and the other two tenants each with 4,500 square feet. A small basement was also built for medical record storage. The building features a stucco exterior with stone accents, a drive thru Portacache and covered entryways. A metal carport was also built on the lot for doctor parking.
This building is a wood frame structure with asphalt shingle roofing. The building exterior features stucco and stone accenting with a covered entryway. The building contains standard exam rooms, a treatment area and a sound proof enclosure room for ear testing. There is also a wood deck off the rear of the building for employees.
This is a wood frame structure with metal roofing. The medical office was built with exam rooms, a nurses’ station and a reception area with open vaulted ceilings. The building features a covered entryway with a stucco exterior and stone accenting.
Archdale Eyecare is a state of the art medical facility. It is a pre-fabricated metal building with steel studs and stucco. This building features parapet walls on all four sides with stone veneer accents. Archdale Eyecare also has metal awnings over all windows and doors.
This is a plastic surgery facility containing offices, exam rooms and a surgery suite. This is a wood frame building with stucco exterior and oak trim. This building has several upgraded finishes such as: porcelain tile, millwork and high store front windows. An oversized foundation design was used at this location due to poor soils testing.
